What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Any thought given to tying into the computer for CarPlay as opposed to Bluetooth?

I think it looks great. Great idea. How much room is there under the dash where you drilled? Thanks.

I'm not sure how much room is below that entire area where the dash tray is, but there's at least two inches immediately below the dash tray on the driver's side (where I installed the USB plug).

That's funny....

I opted to not fold down the windshield for two reasons:

1. Using a drill with the hole bit would make a mess with shavings dropping down into my dash. I didn't want that.
2. Heating up a hole bit and melting a hole is waaaay easier than removing wipers, removing freedom panels, and folding down windshield. Not to mention hoping to get a good seal on the windshield when putting it back up. Plus, this method didn't cause any shavings to fall down behind the dash.

At the end of the day, I did what I thought was the best method for me to achieve what I wanted. To each his own, bro. Besides, this thread isn't about detailing specific procedures of how you did what you did to your Jeep. Rather, it's simply about what you did to your Jeep.

You mean you drive with the windshield up? Mine down is a little cold this time of year but a few icicles hanging from my beard "Is a Jeep thing".

Installed dual Fox stabilizers with the RC bracket and 3/4" coil spacers on my 2" mopar lift to gain that inch I lost when I swapped out to 37's. Rides and responds no different then the 35's and dropped in millage fto 16.5 - 17.5 mpg instead of 17.5 - 18.5 ....Love this Rig !!!
I'm at 23-3/4" from pinch seam to concrete .
