On the driver's side horn, once you undo the clip by pulling the red tab and then prying it off, you can access the wire. For some reason, once you undo the electrical tape, there is another set of wires that are not connected. One is blue/grey and a black one.

You can tap the blue/grey wire for the power. I grounded it using the included wires that came with the horns to a bolt just off to the right.

I wired up a 4-pin trailer connector. It was a Curt kit ($65 - ebay) that works with the LED lights. Pair that with a free receiver I got and it turns out to be a pretty cheap upgrade.

In hindsight, I kinda wish my JL came with the towing/aux switches, but oh well.

ski poles always seem to manage to be in the way when packing up for a trip so made a mount for them with some L brackets and fishing rod mounts that keep them up and out of the way and easy to get to
