The trains are loaded and coming.....west coast will be the last probably for them to start showing up. My salesman/Jeep Dealership is a Wrangler place here in Colorado. They know what's going on and keep me informed on the loaded Billet Silver Rubicon I ordered. They had a Red Sahara demo last week and an almost identical Rubicon as the one I ordered. My salesman called me as soon as it came in. Told him I would be there the next day to 'look' at it. Gone the same day, someone walked in or was alerted, I posted it up on this forum.....gone.
Think as soon as the trains/trucks start unloading, there will be a bunch, this forum will be busy.
Last time I bought a 'first'...was a 2015 Z06...'on-star' could be turned on, and you could actually track it on the train. My car spent 3 weeks to get here from Bowling Green, sat in the train depot for 3 days before they brought it to the dealer....it was a long wait....but it did come.
It's been almost two weeks since the Jeeps started showing up on the delivery sight....probably another week and the floodgates will open.
All this to be the first....it's in my blood, can't help it.....btw.... I bought my first Jeep in 1982, a red CJ 2dr, it's a way of life here in Colorado.
Went as far as a complete build of a 1999 TJ on 42's...trailered it....Slowing down a little, I'll keep my built '12 Rubicon....and have the new JL to tour and go off-road as I always do.....it's great if your a true 4-wheeler and live out west....it's what I do......not a garage queen....they get used.
