BTW, showing it was going to Bob Moore Jeep OK city 7420 NW Expressway. You all are in a different state. I take it you don't commute several hundred miles. Ut oh... Might want to follow up on that one, maybe give them a call?

Any idea what happened? Can Jeep look into what happened and provide a solution?

From Cincy huh? Did you end up ordering with Dave Dennis? I’m from Northern Kentucky, so we are shopping in the same market.

I found out about them a little too late and while I was placing My jl order I was living in Lexington at the time so I went with a dealership there. I recently moved back again to Cincy.. I think I still plan to buy from them though as I have a deposit down and they offer life time oil changees and I got Close to the 5% under invoice. What deal did zimmer offer that's pretty close to me!

They matched the deal Dave Dennis offered, 3% below EP. I had stopped in December to price a couple Jeeps. The sales guy I worked with reached out to see if I was still looking. I didn’t expect them to match, but when I told them about the offer, they did.

There are a few dealers on here who posted that they would do that. I told my local dealer about one of those offers that was fairly close to me and he agreed to match it.

Your Jeep is in D status which is the pre-building phase. The vin number is 1C4HJXFG6JW134975

Next stop is D1 which is the building phase.

Also you can contact Jeep customer care, give them the von and they call also let you know.

Stopped by my dealer today. I’m in “C” still. Been there since 12/27/17. I ordered a Sport S, 6spd, Info, safety, side step rail/tubes, standard soft top. Ordered 11/16.
I think there must be an issue with either the transmission or clutch in assembly, since no one who has ordered a manual in any trim has progressed.
Side note: another salesman at Neuwirth ordered a JLUR (auto, dual top) last week and it’s already D1. Dealer’s first JLU (Sport S, dual, auto) should arrive next week in Wilmington, NC. I will be all over it when arrives.

I so hate myself for opening that spreadsheet again!
Now there are 2 people with soft top only that have past D1 (Congrats to you both! @Devsfan3 and @eightydeucemike !!) One order from 12/18 and another from 12/29. Meanwhile, I am still stuck in D (ordered 11/3). My dealer is unhelpful, the Jeep contact line/chat is unhelpful. Is there no other way to get any information?? This is beyond crazy. @JLWF Dealer Guy do you have any ideas??
