I did this install video just as a quick how to, and it might help a few people. The bumper in the video is the Red Rock 4x4 Crawler front stubby (on the list). Like many, clearly this was a JK bumper as XT won’t tell you the fog lights fit (because the don’t exactly) but it’s easy enough to make it work.

Uh oh, I think you mounted your fog lights upside down.

I finally received my LOD Signature Series mid-width as well (custom with no winch holes, took just over a month). Such a nice looking bumper. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong skid plate (looks to be the shorty one, based on the spacing of the holes and the general shape), so need to get that sorted out while I keep that ugly stamped factory crash plate on there to protect things.

We're also planning on releasing our full width JL front bumper soon which also uses our modular attachment system (assembled from a ROAM JL Slimline Front Bumper and a set of full width fog light shrouds). Images are attached below.

I like the Roam front bumper better than anything I have seen.

Waiting to order the Roam rear bumper and tire carrier. My 19 JLUR has been built and I got the build sheet today. The only thing I am missing is the Roam rear bumper/tire carrier.

Welded some end caps on my old chopped up AEV bumper. Decided to do this until something actually peaks my interest. Stinger, recessed winch, factory fogs, possibly aluminum. Who knows. Hell, this look is growing on me.

Rockhard 4x4 has a full width bumper 37lbs. Stock plastic is over 30.

rockhard 4x4 aluminum.... yes, it costs a lot, but you get what you pay for.
i put the full width aluminum on my JLUR
it is very solid, well made with great welds, weighs very little, and looks great.

Lol. Jeepers are so spoiled. Maybe some folks who’ve been into Jeeps forever have no measure of how expensive quality aftermarket parts are for other types of vehicles.

I think the RockHard aluminum bumpers are reasonable. I think I’m going with them front and rear. The cost of both of them together cost about what a front lower airdam made of urethane that is 99% aesthetic and 1% practical cost me on my car. Or about the same cost as a rear carbon fiber diffuser that only has practical use at very high speeds during track days or if you’re breaking the law dangerously by driving triple digit speeds on public roads.

I wouldn’t call Jeep parts cheap, but they’re not expensive when compared to parts for other vehicles. Except this.

Unjustifiable, but I want to get it anyway because it’s cool. Lol.

That jack is rather cool, I have heard it is $700, which is just way too much. The only reason I would buy it at that price is for my wife, who physically could not jack up her Jeep with a hi-lift jack, yet with this one she could. In other words, getting her home safe is worth the price. Neither of us see her getting in the situation where that jack is a need, as she only goes in groups, and with me.
