No ideas here unfortunately. My only recommendation is to double check the VON you provided us. I know it seems remedial, but we have had a few that were fat fingered. From there, it's a waiting game.

Ordered mine 12/22. Hit D1 on 1/4. Dealer said my estimated ship date was 1/19 but no firm delivery date yet.

Ordered a JLU Rubicon if it helps figuring out the logic.

My Wrangler has been in D1 for a few days according to customer support and dealer. Not sure why its not reflected on the list? @JLWF Dealer Guy any way to look into it?

I just double checked. If you are 40586793, nothing showing up yet.

Hi. I didn’t make the deadline for tracking, but I’m hoping that once a spot is open, I’ll be given the chance for tracking. I ordered my Unlimited Rubicon Dual Top (manual transmission) on 12-13-17 and my dealer contacted me and told me I’m still in D status. The plant is Detroit. Are certain plants faster than others?

And I have an order from 10/25 that is not even in D1 yet. (same config as another that is finished ready to ship.) Who knows what the difference is?

I'm not sure I think it goes by where you live, specs and date ordered.I ordered same day as my buddy he got his already he lives BC I live Alberta same jeep live different areas in Canada

That is my number. Ugh this is so frustrating, lol!
Hopefully dealer is right. He gave me a ship date of 1/20 which the rep at Jeep.com couldn't see so I have no idea whats going on.

Looks like the three of us are the ones that got skipped over. I got a call from FCA yesterday after calling and have them “investigate”. The lady was nice but no real answer. She told me to wait 2-3 weeks before calling back.

Mine is a hard top Rubicon, 4 door, automatic, painted HARD top, ordered on Oct 30th.... so not sure why mine is still in D1 when later orders are being built....

Hard not to be irritated..... got soooooo excited to order early and did so without any pricing!!!!! Much good it did I guess.... :-(
Wouldn't be so bad if I had another reliable vehicle right now.... but having to try to hang on with my old vehicle. I had to go rent a truck to pick up my new travel trailer!!!! I custom ordered it from the factory and it came before the Jeep....
