I have a 19" Sony Trinitron CRT monitor still (it's my seldom-used third monitor). I keep it more as a novelty than anything else.

Damn thing must weigh at least 60lbs.

Edit: It's a Sony CPD-420GS; apparently, it's only 18". But! It weighs a cool 57.32 lbs per CNET:

Looks like it was pretty late...unless she's in Times Square, people do like to sleep. Windows are always open in the winter too.

New Yorkers hate tourists. My advice to anyone who visits is to try to fit in as best as possible - which is the opposite of what she was doing .
