That's one heck of a build!! Not just slapped together with a bunch of misc mods like most people do. Can tell you put a lot of thought and effort into it - your Rubicon looks both practical and good...bravo

I got the tubing from www.zoro.com

The PT #G4215303 STK#10G517 RUBBER SEAL SOLID ROUND 0.250"W-25FT
I've had that tubing on the fender "GAP" for about 1 month and it hasn't moved--so you don't need adhesive, just kinda "STRECH" the tubing into the fender "GAP" and run it thru both front/rear fender ends !

I have the same setup and love it.

I did not adjust headlights and have only had 1 person flash me for too bright in the last 5k miles.
