Well, Toronto is 8-9 hours from me alone...plus another 100 miles. Those had better be some AMAZING burgers...:movember:

Okay gang, I've got a work task that is draining my energy and has already exceeded my interest. I've seen some fancy computer set ups on here, so I'm hoping you can help.

We have macbook airs at work. They have thunderbolt 2 ports, and 2 USB 3 ports.

I need to order external monitors for two of them.

All the monitors note that they are set up for Windows. Does that mean they are NOT compatible with Macs? Can I just buy whichever one I like?

And for bonus points, what kind of adaptor do I need to buy?

Thanks. The tech side of things is NOT where my skills nor interest lie...

Thunderbolt 2 to DVI adapter is all you need. Any monitor with DVI cabling will work. [Sponsored]Cable Matters Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter (Mini DP to DVI) in Black - Thunderbolt | Thunderbolt 2 Port Compatible

Or thunderbolt 2 to HDMI if that's what the monitor supports: AmazonBasics Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) to HDMI Adapter

DVI is long deprecated. I highly doubt a recently designed/purchased monitor will even have a DVI connector.
Phew. Glad I at least mentioned HDMI. :)

Hope the buffing does the trick. High fives for being an awesome guy.

Thinkin of your wife. I had terrible headaches everyday after my concussion. It's an exhausting way to live. Hope she gets some answers.
Not to trivialize the issue, but the fact that you have had a concussion does not surprise me in the least...:giggle:

Can we hear the story?
