What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

35's on stock? No lift?

37's 2.5" RC spacer lift 35" spare everything else stock but I did run 35" on stock no lift for 2 months no complaints at all just wanted a bit bigger.

I was planning on keeping it stock...but that never works for me. So to get started I added some Nerf bar steps and to get a little of that '70's free wheelin' feelin' I threw on some KC Hilites.

Looks Great! What light mounting brackets are those? I like the way they're offset so they don't impede your vision.

How do the KO2s handle on the Rubicon wheels? I have the same wheels and didn't think they could handle 37s. If that is the case, I may need to adjust my game plan a little.

Thanks! I started with with the ACE cube bracket risers, then had my buddy throw them on his lathe and open them up to 8mm, then a couple universal L brackets from the Auto parts store, and painted everything black to match.

Great idea....but it hides the 1941 Jeep.

If you put larger tires and don't recalibrate the speedometer, your MPG will read lower than what it actually is.

Is that true? I just installed 37's and I have yet to recalibrate and my mpg's dropped 4mpg which I was super bummed about.

What was your mileage to begin with? The tire size difference is about 12%. For example, if you started with 20mpg and dropped to 16mpg, you are actually closer to 18mpg if your speedo was calibrated correctly.

You nailed it, I was barely 20 before and now I'm barely 16.
