Nutritional yeast is a yummy addition here too400 degrees, top shelf, about 7-10 minutes. I toss the kale frequently so all of the leaves get crispy. Keep and eye on them..once they’re finished, it doesn’t take long to burn
*also, when you wash the leaves, be sure to pat them dry and then toss them with the olive oil and sea salt

You weren’t roasting them right.Same. I’ve roasted them before and I could swallow them, but that’s about itI’ll try peeling them completely apart.

Try doing it with bacon, beets and walnuts. Add a nice mild blue cheese once done.
