I'm more comfy with the mirrors. Without them it's almost impossible to back in or out of the garage or driveway, and I like the round style, kind of retro.

I gotta see backing up, garage and driveway are narrow, I tried without and was not comfy. Otherwise I don't think the law enforcement here would give a crap

Totally understand. I'm still trying to get used to the camera. 400 years of driving without one and it's gonna take some lernin.

I'm pretty sure the camera markers are supposed to show you where your sides are, but some experimentation would be the best way to verify.
