about a year ago I went in on a weekend and pulled all the plans out from every office and labeled them accordingly !!

so much wasted time now prevented

Hahahaha!!!! Classic! Like the time my littlest niece had a mini meltdown in Wegmans because the sub making guy asked her if she wanted bread with or without seeds & she said yes. He asked again. She said yes. I tried asking & explaining. She just kept saying yes & was almost in tears. Omg we were all so frustrated! :cwl::cwl::cwl: Now when I remind her of it we both laugh!

Alright, OK, getting more serious, we put the house utilities in our name, I called the realtor and they said the checks are in the office. I'm still super afraid to say we have this cinched, but I'm always pessimistic like that. I'm 99% sure this is a done deal for a nice little house in Colorado.

Oh, and I didn't rev match and chirped the JLUR tires down shifting the other day...whoops.

Yeppers. A howling sticky tire under hard acceleration and waning lateral G's - controlling the amount of step-out slide through throttle control ... registers nicely on the fun O' meter.
