Heel toe? as far as I know that's only useful if you're doing hard driving on a track and need to rev match as you're braking for a curve... real world Wrangler driving? shouldn't be much of an issue.

No issues on my end with this POS

Mine either. Admittedly, I haven't had to use it yet. One thing about a Wrangler is that they have the best heaters ever put into a vehicle. Just crank it up 5 minutes before departing and put the dial on "depths of hell" mode. No problem.

How much POS would you buy if you could buy a POS? Won't be too much longer and I'll be able to test my POS and its POS defroster. Also. I have a Rubicon and according to ALL the general threads, it is doomed for complete and utter failure at any moment or at a minimum I'll drive it off the edge of the road if I don't white knuckle it every time I go out. (btw, Mark loves to remind me of that almost daily.... )

My defrost on the Rubicon had me a little puzzled yesterday morning. Set on 70 it blew out totally cold air. On 71 very hot air. The JLUS seems to be the exact same way.

I never really noticed which vents it came out of (or did not come out of). I will have to check that out this evening.

Its a method of downshifting where you have left foot pressing the clutch pedal, right toes pressing the brake pedal and heel pressing the gas to rev match your downshift.
