What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

I just bought the front for now. I meant that I bought the one that will offer two pieces. I can't believe how long it is taking for them to make the back one, but since my top isn't off, it isn't a huge deal for me :/

Finally installed the BlackVue cameras and Cobra CB ... glad to get those off my punch list ... they have only been sitting around for a month or so

Got hit on the front left fender side as I was making a turn. I was devastated when I heard the impact. Got off the Jeep and didn't see anything. There was only one scratch on the plastic part under the turn signal. The Accura on the other hand had a pretty deep dent. I honestly thought these fenders were cheaply made but I guess they hold up pretty good.

I installed the Mopar tailgate table today. Found out the directions were wrong since my Rubicon has the trail system on it . But I made it work only to find that all the powder coating was peeling off the bottom part where the table let’s down. Had to Sand that down and paint it. Luckily it’s on the very bottom and it Can’t be seen with the table up or down. If it peels anywhere else I guess I will just take it to the dealer and see if they will warranty it.

Ordered a custom license plate holder from Amazon. I have to find another solution for the two screws holding it on though. It's crazy that Jeep would do little more here than screw them into the plastic bumper! It's fine for a few days but I need to drill those holes out and find a way to get a bolt in there. Only had a minute to feel behind the bumper to see if it were accessible and it didn't feel like it was. Have to work on that.

Cleaned the area real good. 3m double sided tape that came with the lights. I’ll see how it holds up. For now it’s solid.

Did a week and a half road trip from Colorado to BC Canada to visit some family. While there is virtually zero wheeling up where they live, I did find a single 75m stretch of road with enough of a rut and an incline to consider it a wheeling spot. Had a blast and absolutely NO problems with the JL getting to and from.
