It hasn't indicated that it prefers or identifies with a gender. I'm thinking something badass that isn't specifically gender centric. Like a Hella Yella might be called short Bus, for example. My JKR was named Wombat, a short legged, stout marsupial with a bobbed tail. Fit it to a tee.

Honey Badger?

Truth, never admitted this to more than Frankenstein. I failed my first motorcycle test. Nerves got me. I missed it by a smidge. Retook it and got the highest score of the group. Only test I’ve ever failed. :crying:
I had barely ridden 2 wheel machines when this unplanned licensing took place. Was my roomates scooter - I was on the back and neither of us had eye protection (no helmet law), which is why we were stopped. I went first on the driving test portion - course was on a slightly raised pad behind the DMV building. Last test was the emergency brake-swerve-stop dealio. Tried it several times trying to get the scooter up to the requisite speed for the maneuver. Finally did, performed the "stunt", stopped with front tire partially just off the pad, and all I recall is it being super noisy ... I had the front brake in a death grip, but also still had full throttle pinned

I turned the scooter over to my roomate saying "I guess better luck next time" - figuring I had failed. Turns out I passed, and he did not - so he had to ride on the back for the trip home!

What steps are you going withRA?
I’m leaning in the direction of LOD Destroyers. I want full coverage from thrown rocks, a step that will be safe with snow boots, and pinch seam coverage. The Roams do all that as well, but I can’t get a hold of them to find out about shipping to Canada.

I saw a friend that hadn’t yet seen Lagertha and as we were walking toward the restaurant, I looked back and said, “Isn’t she beautiful?” My friend thought I was talking about my daughter, but my daughter corrected her and said, “She’s talking about her Jeep.” My friend looked at me for confirmation and I nodded and smiled back at Lagertha.
Nice!

Discussion here today, think you dorks may like to share too. What vehicle did you take your drivers test in? Mine was my grandmas 1992 Oldsmobile cutlass Ciara. Parents only had MT, wanted an auto for the test.
I think I did it in a 92 Toyota Camry. But I’m realizing I can’t remember for sure!

Motorcycle test was on one of these. 250cc centrifugal clutch scooter [EDIT: I think it was actually merely a 125!] - directed by a friendly police officer to head right across the street to the DMV after being stopped and warned for being unlicensed.

honda-elite-250-white-2.webp

Proceeded to subsequently ride 180 hp 1000 cc race sport bikes without additional DMV testing. Loophole? Probably. Did require a racing license for the track of course, but don't think I would have passed the MC endorsement that first day on a real motorcycle :)
I’ve only been on a motorcycle twice in my life. Both times behind men I hardly knew. Once on New Year’s Eve down a Brazilian beach, and the other on a spring day on rural roads in southern Germany.

Good memories.....
