RA...just a guess on the times.

I'd use 2 jeeples to move the hard top.

Maybe 2 hours doing everything taking your time...tols out, top off, top on. I had to carry all my boxes from the basement too. Just plan on 2-3 so you can check you get everything done right the first time. It wasn't rocket science...I followed the Quadratech vids which were very thorough...had it on my tablet in the garage to play/pause it.

You could do it in close to an hour if you knew the steps though and hammered it out.

I was out the door early to venture to the other coast for the State Jiu-Jitsu tournament. My daughter usually does well, she was today until she was disqualified for a move she didn’t know was illegal. I felt really bad for her because she didn’t know why the fight stopped and she had such a shocked look on her face. Ugh..there’s always next year.

Just an observation of something kinda neat, I think. Now that Gamora is finally home, we have every color that Jeep offers represented except for Hella Yella. Ralph was our Punk'n so I still count him. Kinda kewl.

They are reasonably deep scratches/gouges, not just scuff marks. I have no doubt I’ll put some like it on her, but it’s okay when I do it. It’s not okay if someone else does.

I'd make them fix those too.

Those of you 4 dr owners who have taken your hard top off, and put your soft on:

The soft top seems to weigh a ton. Is it manageable with two people, or should I disassemble the box whilst still in the Jeep and take things out in smaller groupings?

How long of a project: hard top off and stored, soft top on? How much time do we need?

Two people can handle it fine. I left it in the carport, then disassembled and stored everything. As for installation, using the top lift the hard top was off and stored in about 5-10 minutes. The longest part of that was taking the bolts off. I put the soft top on by myself (with help from a video). the rails and brackets are easy, the only tough part was the top itself. It comes wrapped up in black plastic, leave that on while you install it. The soft top took me maybe a half hour to install.
