Hello from North Texas!

My last two Wranglers were 1987 and 2002 models with zero bells or whistles. I sold them when my kids were younger and have had family friendly vehicles since.

My wife bought a Bronco Badlands and I thought it would scratch my Wrangler itch. Nope...

I got a smoking deal on my 2025 Wrangler Rubicon and were now a house divided. Love them both but given the choice I'll take the Jeep every time!

"Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants so long as it is black.” - Henry Ford 1909. I'm right there with you. I had a white '79 CJ and a red 18 JK. Every other Jeep I've owned has been black. That brown/bronze Golden Eagle back in the 80s would have been nice. But who had $12,000? πŸ˜‚ I remember seeing one at the dealership and saying that a Jeep over $10K was insane!

Welcome back. You'll have to give us some comparison posts. Have fun!!!!

2022 Gladiator Sport S , 2025 Gladiator Willys Soon 26 Wrangler
Hello From NE Ohio,
Been a member of the Gladiator forum for over a year. Almost 2 years ago we got our first Jeep for the wife a used 22 gladiator sport s. After over 35 years of her supporting me in my Multiple Hot Rod builds, Drag Racing, and Motorcycle endeavors, the Jeep thing was something she really took a solid interest in. So her knowing me I did teraflex leveling, rubicon wheels and bfg KO3’s , hard bed cover, tint, stereo system etc. couldn’t leave it stock!
but , I liked the modifications part of it obviously almost as much as my Harley or 79 Malibu build.
So I traded my Acadia in a got a used 21 Willys Gladiator and pretty much did similar modifications that I did to hers.
the itch was real.. so I upgraded to a 25 Mojito Willys gladiator and and immediately did a Mopar ish lift.. springs, bump stop spacers and sway bar end links. Added Bilstein 5100’s steer smarts yeti front and rear adjustable track bars, spicer carrier bearing spacer and I did some R&D for Clayton and test fitted and installed their Track bar brace for 24a 25a frame revision.
installed LOD destroyer sliders, and did tint and complete stereo system upgrade using factory screen. Still deciding on wheels (aev or mopar) and larger tires and obviously will regear.
She really liked a wrangler we test drove on a whim stop at the dealership so I knew at some point she would want to upgrade, but when they released reign as a color for 26 I knew it was on.
but her having the understanding of the work that goes into lift, tires, wheels and regear she said if she gets one she wants all of that….
Fast forward to last Thursday I picked her up a 26 Rubicon X in Reign.. she loves it and honestly I do as well. Has a lot more options than what was on our checklist but got a pretty good deal on it and short of some tint I shouldn’t have to do much… thanks for letting us be apart of the wrangler community. Got to figure out some sort of steps as interim until I get some RSE on it, she is 5’1 ..

Hi to everyone;

I got my first Jeep in 2019 (2006 LJ), and I liked it so much I added a '95 Sahara 2-3 years ago. One of my sons moved to Colorado and wanted a Jeep so we handed his Civic down to a sibling and got him a 2014 JKUR this summer. I've been wanting my wife to have her own, and we've been talking seriously about it for most of 2025. We were pretty settled on a V6 auto Rubicon, but when Jeep announced the 392 Moab I got motivated. We just put down the deposit on a 2026 Moab in Hydro Blue with Mark Dodge. Pretty soon we'll own "one of each" of the Wrangler generations!

The TJ/YJ forums are a great help so I wanted to find a good JL forum; this one seems to be very active with helpful members, so here we are!

Hello everyone! Been a member here for a short time but have already learned a ton being new to the Jl wrangler platform. Mines a 21 jlur 2.0 got it new to me with 27k kms been loving every minute of it. Just ordered a heap of parts for it waiting on some back ordered items so I can get the build going! Watch out for my thread in the build section coming soon. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to do write ups and answer questions even when some that I’ve asked have been obvious to some of you. Not used to that coming from other platforms forums 🍻
P.s if anyone has a white hardtop they’d like to trade for the black one that lives near Canada let me know Im ocd and I want everything to be color matched πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚
