I love the idea of a "new" vintage style car! Jeep did something similar to this with the Jeep convoy concept at the 2025 easter safari. Looks like a J10!

The Bronco didn't lead anything for style. The Scout above, and the Tuxedo Park CJ were both out before the Bronco. The Scout was a 1960 new model, and the Tuxedo Park CJ was 1961. So neither of them were inspired by the Ford design. Interestingly enough, the Ford designer, openly reported that he was inspired by the Scout design.

I'm sure somewhere a thousand years ago a carriage had a white top and white wheels, so it's not really about "who came up with the design." Even my original comment of "keeping up with the Jones's" doesn't have to do with originality. More so that jeep is yet again slow to the game trying to capitalize on a trend that other manufacturers are currently experiencing success with, as opposed to leading the way.
