Wish me luck...if I don't come back in a few days, send a search party.
It would be helpful if you took a security detachment with you.

But steer clear of anyone wearing a red shirt. :)
They all die.

You're 100% correct...outside of this city. But here, common rules get turned on their heads. For instance, I had to pay the broker (they have real estate brokers for parking spaces) a fee to rent the space. She made a Craigslist post, got $175. I also had to put down 1 month's rent as security. So yesterday, I cut a check for $525.

When I rented my apartment, I had to do the same. Ended up walking out of the bank with three cashier's checks for $4,800 total.

Renting here is akin to willingly getting robbed.
Parking Space Real Estate Broker, another thing I've never heard of before but I guess in the context of NYC it does make perfect sense.

So, it looks like the Rubis ride 1.5" or so higher than the Sports. I have 75" to play with. VERY close...

I can think of a few that didn't. ;)

Chris, you'll have Season 1 Worf go with you right?

But then again, why would Jeep refuse to fix/replace it? Not adding up.
I mean, it does look like he's been rubbing sandpaper on it...

I was going to ask a Wookie (different universe, I know!), but I'd definitely welcome Season 1 Worf.

Maybe he used some really nasty cleaning agent on there.

Well the last time I saw a screen like that was in Iraq, so lots of abrasives in the atmosphere.

The concept of the security deposit and the first month's rent aren't unusual. Just adds up really fast at those rates! (and $175 for a Craigslist post, OWO!)

:idea:Nerd alert: I did some calculations on what our garage costs us per month. If you take the cost of building and estimate depreciation using the estimated useful life, then add the expenses for electricity, property tax, etc. for a year.... you could comfortably park 3 vehicles in there... And to rent it for any sort of profit... I would need to charge $160/mo for parking.
