Officially, good morning, Jeeples!

Had a wonderful weekend driving around northern Virginia. Great people, delicious food, fine beverages, and good times abound. Put about 600 miles on the odometer (overshot my monthly mileage allowance again! ). Also went topless and doorless for the first time ever! SO MUCH FUN.

Hardtop did take a little bit of damage though...we had to do a rapid "controlled" descent after the glass popped open on us. That SOB is HEAVY.

Pretty sure I saw someone here mention how to touch up the black hardtop...advice?

Found some Mopar touch-up paint on Quadratec for $20 including S&H. On its way.

Thank you! I will say that I now fully understand why people will spend upwards of $1k on a hard top lift.

I do want to do it again in the future! Armed with this experience, it should go much smoother next time!

What would you say are ‘things’ to watch out for when removing the hard top?

Nuttin honey! Not required so I don't gots none other than the review in the front. I can even flop down the windshield if I wanted, but ain't gonna.
