My wheels are +10 offset and 9” wide I believe and yea everything worked great speed bumps, poorly maintained gravel roads, curbs never had any rubbing, I do have the hd tow package so that might have helped.

We’re gonna swap my wheels (17x9) and 315/70’s on hers today to test it.
Yeah, I’ll look smooth with Sahara wheels and tires on the Rubi...
It’ll be a short test! If she likes them, I’ve got her RR Mammoth 8 in the garage. They’re 17x9 with -9 offset, so may need spacers.
If I have to start down that road, she may get a lift before I do!

What brand it is the soft top? Where did you bough it? Can you also share where did you bought the sticker on the side vent?

It’s the Mopar soft top. Bought it from a guy locally who purchased dual top and didn’t want the soft top.

The sticker came for @pixeldecals . I highly recommend them. They’re a forum sponsor and do excellent work. They are also doing dual layered ones now, so red and black for rubis.

I have a boomerang one fit for the Sahara that I don’t use anymore since I got bigger tires. It’s black with the topography map design. $50 plus shipping if interested.

I just looked and found a few for sale via google on a couple of sites. Usually there are a lot more than that for sale on the auction sites but it may just be a bad time of year right now. Search for M101 / 105 and M1101 / 1102. I usually use govplanet for these types of things with decent luck.

I have also seen a few places selling them already converted and a few ground up custom jobs but they wanted premium money for those rigs.


edited to add:
If you find one with a hard top on an auction site, keep an eye on it. That thing will usually go for crazy money. Those hardtops are damn near impossible to find.

Sweet looking rig, love the mods. I have the same wheels coming. What did you do with the center cap for the backup camera? You just cut the center out of the cap? How did you cut it? Is there much obstruction from the tire when using the backup camera?

I love the look of the Armory wheels but that -18 offset is just to much for my taste. I wish Black Rhino had more variations.

Still stuck in JB status, so I'm just planning ahead. My first mod will be ditching the Red dash (having it painted Sting Gray), then installing Katzkin Red/Black leather. Might order a decal for the grab bar. Has anyone tried this yet? It's on ebay for $15.

Testing on my wife's Sahara - and I think it looks good (she likes the look, and gravel roads are "off roading" for her)

But it's gonna be a short lived trial for her... cuz I'm certainly not digging her wheels on my Jeep!!
