Hi All Curious Wrangler owner here,

As my own interest in finding a Better suited Daily for my changing professional life and personal desires in my daily driver have changed.
I was wondering if other owners, either 1st Time Wrangler-owners(ME), Long time Wrangler or Jeep owners, or anyone who has switched to the brand, What YOU are considering replacing your current vehicle with that’s NOT a Jeep? Has your love of the vehicle, or the experience changed?

Me personally, Absolutely love our Wrangler for its capabilities with the XR pack, unique color and Jeep Beach Package. Though the lack of comfort both in daily driving, and physical space have me wanting a bit more elbow and head space, storage, better cameras (XR is Wiiiiide). Our desire is to buy out our lease an keep the wrangler as a Weekend Warrior, but firmly as a secondary car.

Looking at Jeeps current line-up has left little to No desirability in it for us. We’ve owned multiple grand Cherokees but the WK is superior to the buggy current gen. No need for a Wagoneer sized vehicle and a Biiiig No on the first Electric Jeep.

Personally I am not worried about Brand reliability as Jeep isn’t the bastion of it and we haven’t had a single issue with any of our 5-Jeeps ranging from brand new to traded in with 159,000 miles on my 18 G.C. High altitude

Top-4 (for me)

1. Lexus GX550–Looks alone would buy, questionable build quality, peeling exterior plastics, flimsy doors are my concerns.

2. Land Rover Defender 110-X Lux. meets practicality and still capable, ??Reliability??

3. Porsches Cayenne S—closer than ever to my 911 Dreams, all are white, black or gray 😞

4. Ineos Grenadier—closest to the Wrangler drive wise, Very capable, Best Part* B58 BMW Engine~Tuning and Milltek Exhaust could be very interesting.

Even if I decided to stop exploring, I love the family friendly convertible in the summer - so that doesn't leave many options. Yes there are 4 seat convertible cars, but really the back seats are useless.

I guess if all Wranglers disappeared I would look at a Bronco

Probably a big body sedan with ~450hp because I would be done off roading and SUVs are stupid.

My wrangler purchase was originally going to be an ordered Grand cherokee Summit in Hydro Blue but when the price kept tipping over $70k+ and I wasn’t in love with the drive and feel of the WL. The Wrangler experiment started to take over with my 18 G.C. Hitting over 140k miles pretty quickly.
Bronco (a lower trim, not the goofy bro'd out upper trims)
Recon w/ range extender
Scout Traveler w/ range extender

We like open roofs.
Really like the Scout SUV and the Fabric roof, but unproven manufacturer with open timelines is something we’ve dabbled with. We’ve put deposits down on a Canoo and Tesla cybertruck, needless to say we’ve cancelled both of those. One was vapor ware and personally, I like the Cybertruck design but it’s waaay to compromised from a design and safety standpoint.

First, I would keep my Wrangler. If I needed another vehicle I would go with a Gladiator or Ram 1500 RHO. If I wanted a highway cruiser, I would get another Explorer. Lots of great vehicles, too little time!

Back to the regular pickup world for me in that case, might try a 3.0 Dirtymax equipped truck
