Yesterday I saw my neighborhood twin. Firecracker red JLU, same wheels, same red fenders and hard top. Not sure how I feel about being a twin...now I know how my twins feel Might be time to get a few more mods done. I’d rather be fraternal than identical. And I kind of wanted to yell out “I got mine FIRST!” cause I’m no copy-cat :cwl:

I went through that when someone PM'd me wanting to know where I got my rims for his Granite Jeep , Said he wanted the same

Lydia, how’s Vida treating you? What’s the most surprising ‘thing’ about owning/driving her?

We treat each other realllllll nice!
I don’t know if I can pinpoint just one thing! I love hopping up into her. I love him quick & nimble she is. I love the looks I get! I don’t think I was expecting so many of those!
One thing I’m still kind of adjusting to is the flat dash. Kia does this great thing in angling the center dash where all the knobs & buttons are slightly towards the driver. You don’t realize how nice that is until you have it, and then again when you don’t!

Got to court & had a voicemail from a guy across the street who received an eviction notice we granted. Landlord has said he’s dangerous & he won’t go over there anymore. I promptly moved Vida behind the building & have been checking the monitor frequently. And then some.

It took us 45 minutes to break the first one free. Once you get them started, you unscrew them a few inches, then we used a very large screw driver to pop them out. They have special threads to prevent them from falling out if they work loose. And if you’re installing the ace rock sliders they require 80 ft lbs and no more. Good luck and let us know how it went.
