I can’t do that very well....tv, music, too distracting to my sleep! Gotsa have quiet. With a fan or steady white noise of some sort.

I use to have something going in the back ground but forced myself to start shutting everything off .



They say when people have stress in there lives or are a multi-tasker or many complications that they sleep better with radio or TV on

I'm doing without either now by choice ---I like it !!
