What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Like the look of the Mopar winch guard. Hope someone in the aftermarket takes a shot at a low-profile one like that - it's more than I want to spend for a largely cosmetic piece.

Maximus-3 should have some. They were supposed to be out by now but their website still says coming soon. I've been meaning to give them a call as they put me on a call list for when available. I'm going to get one for sure (and probably put a couple of KC LEDs on it with the old school rock protectors) but waiting to see a few options. Thinking I would like a medium size one somewhere in between a stinger and the low-profile Mopar one.

I agree. I have been apprehensive to bring in for low end uconnect issues (losing time and rebooting) where as I wouldn't hesitate for a mechanical or even wiring issue. Now I'm leaning towards upgrading my uconnect anyway so we'll see.

My CMM mirrors are on order. Thoughts so far?

I picked up the Lange Originals. My shipment was missing the protective film so I put some protective tape down under them. I plan on leaving the mounts on indefinitely so I may never know if they caused any damage. I like their look and they work great. 70 on the highway no wobble or noise or anything.

Switched to the 5" from the 13" AntennaX due to antenna slap at higher speeds. Actually think I have improved FM reception but I dont use AM/FM so just a cursory exam there. The 5" is solid, non-flexible I like it a lot.

I have the 5" as well. I'm pretty sure I'm getting better reception than I did in my previous vehicle

It is a JTops. It is the black American Flag on Gray Mesh. I like it. It provides complete coverage. It took a little time to get it tight by myself. The Flag print is pretty expensive, but only $20 more than what I configured on Spiderweb after adding the red nubbins and flag print.

Flag print looks great. Makes me wish I didn’t go with the black. Just finished installing, and no matter how tight I pull the straps, I can’t seem to get it to lay perfectly flat like yours. Any tips?

Yes, some but it is ok. I mostly listen to satellite radio.

I did the exact same thing. The 13" was slapping anytime i got above 50mph. Switched to the 5" stubby. Am suffered a little but no big deal.
