Has anyone mounted their rotopax up top? What did you use as a base for the rotopax mount? The rotopax brand mounting plate is short, so it requires you to bring the cross bars really close together. Ideas would be appreciated.

Can you post photos with the trunk door closed, and preferably top off? Does it prevent people from reaching in to the cargo area when the top is off? Thanks.

Think the fabtech shelf could be easily modified to double as a method to secure the cargo area from thieves? Mainly concerned about people reaching in and grabbing stuff, less so about them breaking in and folding the seat down etc.
Take a look at the SMS Auto Parts Exposed Rack. Looks perfect, and can work with and without the hardtop. Best of all, cheap. Haven’t tried it yet, but it looks awesome.

Called EVO to ask if there’s an easier way to add on mounting rings etc. Dropping some flex nuts in before install was the only thing they came up with. Took a closer look at...
