I feel like there's a story here.....

Trying to climb the ledge and got left front wedged in an undercut section. Popped the u-joint. Tried to keep driving 3WD, and the axle shaft yokes bound up and popped out the ball joints. Had a ball joint press delivered and made the repair. I was stupid for trying to keep driving, but fortunate enough to be close enough to town that I could get the press delivered to the trail.

it was a reference to an earlier post in this thread that Remorseless made which refers to the front axle U-joint size. OEM JL/JT is 1310 size and the Dana chromoly axles for the JL/JT D44 have 1410 size U-joints. Basically, 1 ton axle U-joints. But you got me on the PSL acronym.

Don't give em ideas! "Amsoil Severe U-Joint - two drops and you can pretend your 1310s are 1410s!"
