Installed an extra power outlet in the left rear. There is a factory power outlet on the left rear already, but it is unusable because the plug and wiring sticks straight out into the cargo area.

As a note it is non trivial to find a spot deep enough for a power outer. I spent about two hours looking and the best I could do with this spot, which was on a slight angle as the mouting point is not flat.

As a side note there is a large unused area on the left side just in front of the rear seat belt. It has a large white plastic spacer to make it the same height as the right side with subwoofer. Seems like Jeep could have easily made a nice little storage box there. I fell like stashing something in there just to use the space but removing the trim is a bit of a pain, and the clips will break eventually.

Finished the rear today - pending the longer sway bar links and a driveway alignment using the adjustable trackbar (hence the blue tape in the pictures; I left it there to remind myself to do that):

PS: these pics reminds that my #4 item on the list of stuff to save $$$ for is an axle-back exhaust (probably the Borla Climber in the milder Touring version); Top 3 are Armorlite flooring, Bartact covers and Hothead Headliners)
today I lost a battle trying to install the front - will get back to it tomorrow:

I thought I’d do something easy today to start on the front… the LCAs. Here is how that went:
  1. Was able to get to them fairly easily
  2. flexed muscles I didn’t know existed to loosen the bolts
  3. Put the OEM LCAs next to the adjustable Nolathane ones to measure out an increase in length of ~1/2in to go with the 2.5in lift
  4. Threaded the new LCAs using the back bolts, and…
  5. Surprise! They don’t fit, even if I tried to adjust them to the shortest setting. Somehow my axle moved way towards the back and now I’m off by close to 2in
  6. I fought the good fight and tried to get the axle tube to rotate by lifting it more, by removing the shocks and then lifting it, by then lowering the jacks holding the Jeep by the frame rails, and probably a couple other things I’m forgetting
So, any ideas on how to get the axle to move towards the front?

Ouch! Ratcheting straps on the axle to another vehicle or some fixed point? With the frame on jack stands, natch. Maybe even just to the bumper to pull up and forward?

I just edited my post -- maybe even to the bumper, pulling up and forward? Or stick some 2"x4" or big timbers under the bumper or frame at the front to drop the angle of the straps?

Line up the family, friends, neighbors to do a tug-o-war?

Mine's been a slow build since 2019, but I finally got around to getting the Fab Fours stubby bumper. I'm please with the way it turned out...but I took some grief from my better half. She thinks I'm getting carried away, and too many ideas from the forum :)

It’s been four years! I’d say you’re showing remarkable restraint. Show her some of the posts where someone picks up their brand new Jeep than three days later it’s sitting on a 3.5” lift and 37s. Sometimes it’s only a matter of hours later. ?

Ratchet strap to the tow hooks or the frame by your bumper. I used the frame when I did the mopar lca's. It won't take much pressure.

Matt- you're so right! I've tried showing her my favorite mods, but she's not always buying it. In the end though, she enjoys the Jeep and knows the pleasure it brings me

Installed this Chinese offering. Company in China reached out to me a couple of weeks ago.... said they would give me one for $0.00. They wanted me to install / to try... just asked me to give them my thoughts on the offering and it's price point.

Install was easy. Involved removal of 4 screws, placement of the offering and use the 4 stock screws to install.

The offering is pretty slick for what it is. Made of ABS Material. Fit and finish is decent. Blends right in. I'm not sure I would pay $35+- for it but...

Anyway, give me a week or so and I will report back on the forum regarding this offering.

IF you want to buy one and test drive one yourself, they are available on Amazon...Sold by 3 sellers.
Also can be purchased on EBay.

Does it take up much of the space in the top tray of the console?
