I concur. Try a new cable. I was using one that I thought was fine but I was having issues. Grabbed a spare that had never been used and it’s worked fine ever since.
Only difference is this doesn’t have and can’t use the awful silver inserts that come on the Sahara. So it is the sport version. I easily could have painted the other grills, but I wanted to keep it just in case I want to put it back on later.

They work fine but I can't turn on the halo. Do you think I will need a DRL module to make the halo work? Folks with LED - do your halos light up when the lights are on - like at night?
