Right there with you - I saw people going into production who ordered after me and was incredibly bummed lol. The timing and tracking certainly leaves a lot to be desired; for example, my original est ship date on going D1 was August 3rd.Those dates just make no sense at all! My build is also a Rubi X 4xe but my order was placed a month after yours (June 16), mine was scheduled a week before yours (June 22) and went in production 10 days before yours (July 21) but is still in production while yours is built. Either they are doing an extra good job at putting mine together, or more than likely this whole tracking thing is just an inside joke at Stellantis. Hope yours arrives near your estimated delivery date, but mine is supposed to be here on August 27th, but I won't be holding my breath!
Could be because of minor differences in our orders, but we both went for Ribicon X 4xe's. Colors are not the same, and mine will need to go down to the Mopar goodies building to have the tailgate addition, but those sure seem like minor scheduling differences to me!The schedule has almost nothing to do with the order date, it is all driven by production tooling… engines, suspension etc. For example if they set up to do a run of 2.0L automatic transmission, Rubicon X starting next Monday and I order today, mine would likely get built scheduled, but the guy who ordered his 3.6L automatic transmission, Rubicon (non- X) in April, will still be in C/D for another month!
In hindsight that makes sense. But, what if i bailed on the order and a bought from another dealer? Thats a missed sale for them.Just a hunch, but an order is a guaranteed sale with fast turnover and low overhead, whereas dealer stock probably has additional finance, maintenance, and salesperson cost to recoup.
I dont get it. Me and @84jeepjohn both ordered 392's from Granger as well and went D1 the same date as you i believe. But, we missed the in production date and regressed to D.My wife and I landed in Maui, HI on 8/9...a few hours before the fires really began to cause problems.
I received a notification from the Jeeptracker, that our order had moved to In-Production. This was a welcome development as we spent the night in a rental car in a Walgreens parking lot. The residents of the island obviously suffered much, much worse. It was a horrific scene from the freeway.
By the time we got back home, the tracker updated to Vehicle Built. This morning Granger emailed to let me know it's KZP status now, with ETA of potentially next week.

Are you by chance headed to the Black Hills Jamboree in Sep???Another update. Dealer sent me a message letting me know that my vehicle is due to leave Toledo by truck on 8/15/23, and should arrive in a few days. The dealer will be installing the RV tow wiring harness, and I have a few goodies of my own to install once she gets home, a Rock Jock towing base plate and a few other bits. Baring any unforeseen circumstances the Rubicon will be ready for our September Trip to South Dakota. Considering I already sold the tow dolly on Saturday and won’t be able to tow the Mini Cooper, I hope for my sake the Jeep will be ready, otherwise I’ll never here the end of it from my wife!
Nope just a trip up North for a few weeks. Are you by chance headed to the Black Hills Jamboree in Sep???
I ordered the same spec Jeep on 6-21, I’m sitting in the same boat, frustrating.Order June 6. Willys with 2.0, SOT, Tech group and convenience group. 70 days later, still sitting at C - confirmed. ——- W. T. F. ?
