Does anyone here have any insight on whats going on with 392s? I just got the below:

My dealer did confirm I went from D1 to D. What a **** show.

I got something similar for my RubiX 3.6 A/T order. Note, that this is from JeepTracker.com and not directly from Jeep. JeepTracker hasn't worked for me for the past 2 months and it woke up all of the sudden today and sent this status email notification.

Does anyone know what codes OEM, 4NS and 573 stand for?

This makes me think there is something common on XRs and 392 trims that they are having issues with.

Here is a list I can think of that 392s and XRs share that other models/trim dont:
- 35" BFG All Terrains
- 4.56 gears
- 4 wheel disc brakes
- "35 In tire" suspension
- Tailgate reinforcement/hinge carrier
- New power seats
- Steel bumpers
- "Nav" version of the new Uconnect

More movement for me since I posted for the first time on Wednesday (on page 240).

I had been in C status for over 2 months, then D1 status for almost 4 weeks.
On Tuesday evening, the tracker moved to "In Production".
On Thursday morning, the tracker moved to "Vehicle Built"
This (Friday) morning, the tracker moved to "Shipped" (saying that the change happened two days ago).
I'm half expecting a call tomorrow morning, saying that it's at my dealer in California.

250 PAGES SINCE THIS WAS STARTED. I think that’s so awesome we’ve found community here to discuss our experiences and be able to talk about this stuff all day when the people at home are probably tired of hearing it! Thank you all so much for participating and hope you’re enjoying it! I’m convinced through all the headache and long wait times we’ll all get our Jeeps eventually ?

SECOND … can anyone beat 132 days at D status waiting for D1? Not a competition but I’ve seen so many come and go that ordered when I did I’m just trying to see who is left from around the same time frame… I have full faith that my newest order will hit D1 eventually but I’m just feeling out if I should totally abandon hope on this first one…

Well, I’m at 105 days. Not nearly as long as you but just as frustrating. I called Jeep Customer Care today just to vent. I specifically asked for a contact that I can talk to directly to find out what the holdup is on my order. I couldn’t get a name, number, or department to talk to at all. They said there wasn’t anything they could do other than tell me the status of my order.

They said I had been contacted by my local rep and he would update me. My response: another form letter with absolutely no details? No thanks. I am requesting a call from a physical person that can explain the true status of my order. At this point, my latest POC has no estimated ship date.

None of the trackers have worked since the order was placed either.

I can't beat your impressive numbers there and I hope I don't. That being said, my husband and I are cursed. Every time we buy into a "club" at a new brewery they end up failing, lol. I have no doubt my Rubi will be the last to roll off, lol

And thank you for the thread. For all my *itching, I'm very happy to have a place to go. It's all third world problems, but they are still my current problems and aggravations, third world or not.

Just placed an order today for a Bikini Rubicon X Unlimited. Last year I bought a 392 and it was really fast. Hopefully I'll get lucky again.

Finally got an update from jeeptracker.com. From C to KZ. Now all trackers showing KZ with arrival 8-28. Jeep is in Iowa this morning.

Checked with my dealer and he shows a ship date of 18 August. None of the trackers show anything other than “D1.”

if dealer is correct and a ship date of 18 August, when is it likely to arrive in NM??

JeepChat told me earlier this week my order was in Scheduled. Just got the e-mail that it has regressed back to C even though my tracker never even got caught up

Certainly feels like they are bailing on building any more Rubicon 3.6's for now.
