LED's did you go with? Have pics?

I used the Oracle LED conversion kit that comes with H13 bulbs. You need to tuck some wiring inside the headlight capsule but it was an easy upgrade. All you need is a flat head screwdriver and a 10mm socket.

If i was in your situation, I'd contact my credit card company and just file a charge back. The item not being as described, and then not providing a clear easy return are reason enough for the bank to side with you. They should send a courier to your house to collect it, box it, and ship it.

I just want to end this nightmare and send them their CRAP even if I have to pay to have it boxed and prepared for shipment. They finally sent me the 2 shipping labels. I’ll drop off their CRAP at UPS and we can go out separate ways. They will never earn my business again.

It’s an inflatable. Inflated on the spot however there’s a local board shop that rents them out already inflated, give you foam pads and tie downs if you need them.
