So...Since we don't have access to the tracking spreadsheet any longer...do I contact Jeep Information Center every time I would have normally checked the tracking spreadsheet? The worse part of this for me isn't the wait...although it is killing me...it is the not knowing...I am a Lead Engineer at an OEM type manufacturer...schedules are my life!! In fact, I typically don't start a project until I know what the schedule is going to be...so...this is truly killing me...in SO many ways...

I would check no more than twice a week personally. Use the JL Hotline (866-362-2146), not JeepChat/Cares. Keep track of your dates...I pointed out that I have been in JB since 4/17 and they were helpful enough to "escalate" the order. Above all, be polite, especially when on the phone.

That's been my method, and it's been working so far. YMMV

I totally get it. I always remind myself that the person on the other end of the line is, 999/1000, not the person holding up your Jeep. They will usually help you if you treat them right.

To be clear, not saying or accusing you of treating them the wrong way, just sharing my methods and philosophies behind them.
