Well, the Bike Tour I did a few weeks back was 40... I did 46 total that day.

It's really not that bad once you get going. 10 mph is a pretty leisurely pace.

I pedaled 40 on a one-speed beach cruiser on the Erie canal trail just a few years ago. It's perfectly flat and only took me a few hours, but I have no desire to do that again LOL.
