New York Orders- Delivery Time

Hey guys! Just curious how long NY orders are taking. My dealership informed me my jeep will be going to Buffalo, NY by train and then trucked to the dealership in Penn Yann, NY. My order was just released to KZ status on Monday. Hoping it's not much longer!! I ordered 2/22.

My dealer told me 8 weeks, however, my son ordered a new Rubicon over three months ago and it appears there is another week to wait.

my dealer told me he's generally seen them come in 10-12 weeks i'm nearing 12 weeks on the 22nd, just waiting for it to get shipped out.

From order date to delivery was 20 days for me. 22 JLR

I was in JB for awhile but to tell the truth I really don’t remember, this has all become a blur to me at this point ?

I got one from Customer CARE soon after my order that said ETA in April….well that didn’t happen.

I work for the railroad and there are major crew shortages and locomotive shortages so rail transport/service is suffering pretty bad. I am actually hoping mine ships by truck instead of rail because if it gets loaded on a rail car it may sit for quite a while. The dealer I bought from is 6 1/2 hrs from plant, but is in the Washington zone so it goes by rail usually to Baltimore and then by truck to PA. This was one reason why I was hesitant to buy far away as I only live like 50 min from the plant and usually buy from my local dealer, but the deal was too good to pass up out of state. My dealer said some orders have been coming straight from the plant on trucks, so I’m hoping that mine will be one of them. That being said, I’m sitting in KZLD, so I’m thinking I’m screwed.

Todays update. My ETA had been adjusted since the 5/12 ETA didn’t happen. Now Jeep chat is saying ETA 5/15-5/18. - so far 7 days since it left Toledo to Northern Virginia.

I got the bad news today that apparently mine will ship by rail. ETA 6/7-6/21. 6 1/2 hours away and it’s gonna take 6 1/2 weeks to get there. Haha, go figure.
