Smittybilt 7743 HD Tore Carrier Issues

Anyone else tried this tire carrier and have issues with it rattling? I’m running a 37” on it and it sounds as though my tailgate might fall off when going over bumps. I’ve tightened everything.

Not the tire carrier, this worked on mine. The hardware it comes with is crap, I used oem hardware by taking the bolt to the bench grinder and flattening two sides so the washer would fit new piece. Cheap fix.
