Have a JLURD on order ?

Want to protect the carpets well (wish they would just put in rubber floors to begin with on an off-road geared vehicle).

Thinking Quadratech floor mats and rugged ridge door sill guards. I haven't found anything that I love for the cargo area. It's nice how some of them go up the seat back, but they aren't full width on the floor. I've looked a while and haven't found any that cover the entire floor and go up the seat back. Any out there?

Thanks!

The factory Mopar ones cover the back of the seat, but they aren't a full floor mat and still leave some carpet uncovered.

I thought I had pictures of mine that I installed, but I guess I didn't take any pictures before I put the Dirty Dog cover back in.

I'd like to find a mat that covers the whole thing as well!

That's exactly what I'd like, but full coverage on the floor.

I haven't come across any that cover everything. I'm hoping the Armorlite rear carpet replacement will cover everything and the seat back also, but haven't seen any concept pictures or anything on them yet.

I have the Rugged Ridge Cargo Cover , it's not a mat per say but definitely covers most everything and has been French Mastiff tested (Yes, the Turner and Hooch dog).

It's hard to tell from the pics exactly, but that looks like it will go all the way to the front seats for when you fold the back ones down to haul something. Very interested.

When the seats are folded down it has straps that hang from the headrests. Also in the folded down position it covers the rear doors. When the rear seats are up you disconnect the straps from the head rests and it just folds back over the seat backs.

Any clue when these are set to come out?

I can't imagine the thought process of somebody who wants to cover the back of their seats, but not the entire floor. (Yes it's nice to be able to access the tie down points/rail slots, but DIY cut out areas would seem much more beneficial)

Not sure, but I think it is supposed to be sometime this spring. I did see in another post on their sponsor section of the forum that it will cover the back of the seats.

What is your end goal? I thought I wanted to leave the back seats down for my dogs, but determined that in the end the better solution was to leave the seat up and use a dog hammock in the rear to protect the seats. This allows me to still use the storage under the seats and in the rear foot well and works great for the dogs.

This is the seat "hammock" that I use

Also a great product for dogs is the Thin Skinz

No dogs. More concerned about folding the back seats down and loading things in, similar to a truck.

Having worked in automotive design teams for major manufacturers on interiors the brain trust is very shallow. Marketing and value engineering has more sway than common sense. You need an a-hole with vision and authority, like Steve Jobs to make good things happen. Otherwise you get the least common denominator, with a weak excuse and a promotion for saving a couple bucks per unit.

Carpet only in solid axle truck?... No cargo light offered, but 2 safety tech packages available, it's one led in an already powered top...
