So you are suggesting a washer fluid with higher viscosity? This would mean less alcohol content or maybe adding a solute to the washer fluid to increase viscosity? I wonder what can be added that won't harm the system. Salt and Sugar probably not a good idea. Adding some Guinness should do the trick.A simple fix would be to have a better washer fluid than the factory/dealer fill cheapo stuff. Once I'm low on that fill I'm going to go for a better fluid. I don't think theres going to be any workaround with how the spray nozzle drips after you spray washer fluid, no matter how much you paid for your Jeep.
Sounds like the washer jet nozzle opening is out of spec (too large) and allowing fluid to leak.
Or maybe the system is pressurized too high.
Gravity has its ups and downs.
