Probably nobody has done this. You won't hit 99 MPH. JLs are electronically limited to 97. If you smashed the accelerator pedal at or above 97 it will just be ignored. It will be a big nothingburger.

That's probably a good thing too. A JL is definitely not the right vehicle for doing triple digit speeds.

Hysterical article - still laughing.
When I saw it, I had to read it twice.

I have a bad habit of typing in Jeep in the search engine and then hitting the news button to see what pops up on a daily basis. Like the news from Sarasota, Fl you never know whatcha gonna get.

When mine comes it will be limited to 110mph. Not really a fast speed, still.

After my latest sets of mods to the JLR, I'm afraid to drive the Jeep that fast.

Some weird old dude was parting out a 80's car that was made from stainless steel.

Here's a couple of parts that were procured cheap.

After install, this is what my dash looks like

The dude told me not to go above this posted speed

He said this is the last picture of one dude who did not heed is advice.

So no, I've been too chicken to try to keep the hammer down and see what happens.

You'll travel to another dimension. The afterlife that is. And maybe you'll take another poor soul or two with you.

I pucker up past 70 in mine to tell you the truth but I have no issue going 90 in my Tahoe. The Jeep just feels like it is going to flip over to me past 70. I Deff drive slower anymore. My wife is so happy with that aspect of the Jeep. Anything else regarding the Jeep she cares less unfortunately. :(
