Looking...looking...lookingJust to be clear. You said it I didn’t…
“Welp. Put on 35s. Lost acceleration. Shifting is....not what it was.... somethings off with the gears perhaps? All I know is Im not liking the engine anymore. Most of the time when I floor it and get nada, zippo. It literally feels just like the normal v6.”

I talked to PRP Seats before about this (used to their seats in a JK). They basically told me that its a lot harder to install aftermarket seats into the JL's.
In the JK's all you had to do was keep the wiring harness underneath your stock seat. All you had to do was reconnect the seat belt plug, and then use a resister to "trick" the passenger air bag sensor to think that someone is always sitting in the seat.
With the JL's, the Side impact airbag is now located in the shoulder of both front seats. So if you remove the stock seat, you lose that airbag... and your dash will light up like a Christmas tree. Also the wiring harness underneath the seat is now molded into the foam of the seat. So to remove it and fake the sensor and seat belt connector.. you would have to take a knife and dig it out. Because of that (and the liability issues with removing an airbag), PRP said they weren't going to make an adapter mount for their seats for the JL's.
If you really wanted them I'm sure you could still do them. I've seen a set of Enduro Elites in the Rebel Off-Road JL.
But you'll have to figure out some of those issues and mounting.
No such issue from me. Now would I say you are boring? Not at all. ?Attention seekers in general who dont offer any helpful advice and then there's the rude aholes that seem to be lurking on the forum lately.
But you're ? in my book newjl2019.
Unless you were being passive aggressive and was hinting that I actually was boring like the literal definition (dont care about social classes) bc I am DEFINITELY not a boring girl! ?
Party on dude!

WOW, I am 6' 185 and I would not call the Rubicon seats child size.FINALLY! These seats are child size!
I guess my seat adjustments suit my frame. ?
Im sooooo going to regret this but....Why not take the seats to a custom upholstery shop, tell them what you want, and have them create some comfy padded cushioned pads with leather, to the existing frame?? Or, whatever material you want.
Then again, you could always go to Tijuana, and have a good "Tuck and Roll" done to the seats. You could eat some good food, and watch a few shows. Nevermind, stay away from the shows.
Never use the slang of young people, you just look like the moron they are.Theres always one in the group who has to be all literal.... Bougie is also a surgical instrument used to explore body passages...care to test out that bougie definition? No? Maybe we should both just acknowledge that I was obviously meaning todays definition of "bougie" used by younger people.... ?
Funny you mention this. I lost a bunch of weight and the seat is not nearly as comfortable as it used to be.Maybe you are trying to add cushions to the wrong part. Just go to McDonalds and order two Big Macs.
