Paid deposit on 02/13 but dealer didn't place the order until 02/21. I was told delivery in 4-6 weeks which I knew would never happen. I'm at 8 weeks now just starting to get impatient especially knowing it's just sitting there. I know there are others waiting a lot longer which sucks...

My JL has been sitting at the rail yard in Winston-Salem, NC (60 miles from my dealer) since April 8th. Every time I call they move the ETA 5 days forward. Started at 04/11, I'm now at 04/21-04/25. Jeep said they are waiting for a truck and driver to become available.

Crap, don't say that - my dealer says mine will eventually arrive at the Winston-Salem rail yard. She said it usually takes 2-3 days from there (I'm also about 60 miles from W-S). Has yours really been sitting there for over a week?!

I called Jeep yesterday and a very nice lady told me the last tracking entry was on 04/08, "vehicle off-loaded from the rail car in WS." I'm calling daily for updates but if it doesn't arrive by Monday I may call the dealer and ask them to go get it with a flatbed. (Like that's gonna happen...)

I call Jeep direct, 1-877-426-5337. Had much more luck with calling than Jeep chat. I find if you're calm, polite and respectful they work with you more. They must get pounded daily with frustrated callers, "where the F' is my Jeep!"

I agree with that , that’s who told me yesterday my jeep was built , I ordered the Turbo so if that’s true gotta be one of the first ones built

I usually call 1800-992-1997 that’s FCA

Once you hit KZ your window sticker is available and FCA has invoiced your dealer.

Lol. I assure you that it's a rail yard in WV... I'm sure it's not just for cars going to the northeast.

Literally it appeared there immediately after being released from the plant, and mine is not coming by rail. I guess it teleported several hundred miles in the wrong direction.
