Thanks, have you noticed any change in reception?
Yes, the AM/FM reception takes a hit, that is a given. Even the 24-inch aftermarket offerings that are known to be very good, take a hit reception wise.

As far as Sirius/XM satellite radio, that is not impacted at all when you remove/change the AM FM "antenna".

The "satellite radio receiver" is what is used for SiriusXM reception.

On the Wrangler Jk and JL, the "satellite radio receiver" for use with SiriusXM resides up on top of the sound bar/roll bar, just above and behind the passenger.

I am strongly considering this also. Does anyone that has this also use the Top Lift Pro? It appears to me like it would be tough to get the lift between the Spiderweb and hardtop to lift it off.

How long does it take to install and remove the Spiderweb?
I have the full length SpiderwebShade installed and can confirm that it works just fine with the Top Lift Pro. The Top Lift only touches the hard top in the trunk area and the shade only extends to the back sport bar just short of the trunk so the two don't come into play.

This is Yosemite in the Jammack a hammock that fits in the roof of your Jeep ! Can firm it fits the JL just fine.
So jealous of you west coast folks. I have multiple family members that live in the bay area, and none of them have made it to Yosemite. They take all of the natural beauty over there for granted. Even I made it there, but I couldnt get a half-dome permit. I tell them they are insane.

Nice pic! There should be a thread of that angle with different views on top of our JLs.

It’s incredible! It was my first time and I am originally from Cleveland and have never seen nature like that before it does take months of planning but well worth it in my opinion ! Tahoe is the next JL road trip for sure I love it there

The JL cage required the crew at Spiderwebshade to engineer a whole new design for the JL. It now comes with hardware that easily installs with OEM screws reused. The bungees are now sewn into the shade instead of the spider balls being used. And there are clips that install under the windshield. that's the reason for the price increase. It has a lot more that goes into it. I've had mine on for 3 week now and love it! I can't see a jk one fitting as it's bigger and there is nothing to attach to on the windshield side.
So does the windshield need to be dropped every time the shade gets added or removed? Or do these clips prevent you from having to do that every time?

My question as well. You would think there would be some type of quick release for the front attachments, but then again how often do most users put on/take off?
