Just wanted to share a video of my full rear platform for my Jeep Rubicon 4XE (See YouTube Link)

I haven't seen anyone do this...
I deleted the rear seats and decided to use the rear seat mounting brackets to mount my 40%/60% platform panels

It's working out real good !
So much more usable space now !
And, I took a nap on it today ! :)

Very nice! How much length do you have if you wanted to sleep next to the fridge?
I built a similar platform, but left the rear seats in place. I put up a few pics on post #27 here, but no YT video or plans:

Thanks Bob

So, as you probably see my platform is only built to the edge of the battery (leaving the "foot well" space clear). I chose to only build my platform this far so I could have storage flexibility

To sleep on my platform,
I place other items that I am storing into that passenger seat foot well to create a foundation and/or "extension" for sleeping (this is where my head & pillows are placed while lying down)
I am currently using a nice storage box that is the perfect height & depth, and fills the foot well area nicely to act as the "platform extension"

I do have to push the passenger seat up to give me a comfortable length for sleeping

72" LENGTH for Sleeping (Measured from my tailgate door to the back of the front passenger seat (I am 5'9", so I fit perfectly with some slight extra space at me feet

That's what I was thinking, just fill the extra space with something important like a couple of cases of beer! 72 inches would work for many, including me, or just sleep at a diagonal. Thanks for the update!
