It appears little notice except a “Final Edition” announcement like the TRX. No one should be surprised. Those who waited will not like the mark up’s …. Wish I was smart enough to get 2 at $73.5K—

Welp that should work well here for resale. I'm going to call mine the "Announcement Edition '21 model - with updates" =)

i was hoping 25 would've been the final edition. other than badging, i dont see them making any significant upgrades. factory 37s would be nice

Nice...I just consider my 2022 as one of the three "I didn't want %#$@ red leather seats" Editions. ?

Lol, nothing against them here but certainly limits your color choices, unlike the original black. If mine had the red seats we'd call that a "Superman" in BMW speak.

Hey- after the “special edition” price and mark up’s ( local had $19,995 on just an XR) it would have been nearly buy one, get one free, had we gotten 2-21’s.

I can't believe these are so expensive now... think my build (minus the XR gearing here) is $95K MSRP today? Unreal.

Yep- last time I checked, they were over $12K higher After adding what it cost me to upgrade to an XR excluding a whole 1/2 in wider wheels. No exit honks, no metal sticking down, but unfortunately no MDS disable in OR+. Still working on that one, it could get expensive if takes the upgrade ECM . The dealer hasn’t figured it out (4 days negative results) and I hate to buy a $750 ECM, plus program, install for it to not work. :facepalm:

A tune delete would have to wait until warranty expiration.

Hopefully you have a good dealer... they were hard to get (order allocations) when I ordered mine and my dealer was excellent to work with, even helped on the transportation costs since I bought in KY (live in SC). Fingers crossed for you.

Yeah I'm an XR pretty much minus the gearing and the taillight extenders today. The XR had just been announced when mine was going in. Curious to see what you find out on the MDS work. I'd love to get the '23 or '24 flash that tames that down with OR+.

Doesn’t apply in this situation. Price lock only locks in the price to the dealer. The dealer price to the customer is at the dealers discretion. Ask the Challenger people.
