Trav’s Overlanding Sport Build

Featuring a cool overlanding JLU build by JLWF member trav87 (Travis). It started as a Sport model and has been transformed into a rig ready for a big trip to the Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, Arizona.

First mod up was a Magnaflow Rock Crawler exhaust and a spacer lift. Next was a Maximus-3 / Rhino Rack setup, Barricade Adventure HD Bumper, winch, JK door hinge steps from Smittybilt, Katzkin seat covers and lights on the bull bar. Its most recent mods include Milestar Patagonia M/T in stock Rubicon size mounted on Raceline Combat 17×9 wheels, Front Runner JK tailgate table, Vector Offroad GGB, American Adventure Labs base plate, and a couple other minor things.

The rig has already been put to the test in some local camping/overlanding and the next big trip up is driving to the Overland Expo West in Arizona from Oregon, a trip which Travis plans to spend at 51 hours of exploring and at least 2 National Parks over 6 days.
