I was curious so I went to the manufacturer's web page about the dead pedal. This is the only thing they mention about fitment on newer Jeeps. It appears that if you have a 2023, you will be fine.

Our Jeep JL dead pedal bolts into existing holes (no drilling required for 2018-23 models) and comes powder coated black. 2024 models will have to drill the holes that are no longer there from the factory.
