Starting to shop for some replacement axles to swap onto my Sahara. Would prefer to find some low to no mileage 4.56 axles but would be OK with the regular 4.10 axles. Anyone got any leads? There is nothing within 250 miles from me on marketplace (St. Louis area).

It is the easiest way to go. I have seen a few sets in the KC area from time to time. It seems like I am great at finding gladiator sets, but the rear suspension is different so they are not just bolt on upgrades.

Your best bet is going to be in western states from my experience. If you find any soon-ish, I do have an axle crate you could have if that would make transporting any you find further away easier.

Looks like no knuckles or brakes on the front. Any idea if the sahara knuckles would transfer over?

Same price I paid for my '24 392 axles.

I believe the knuckles should swap over. The front brakes would have been identical to a sahara. The rear brakes would be an upgrade and the rear trackbar mount should be higher. There is a damper/balancer of some sort on the front yoke that seems to be held on with double sided tape that others have found to fall off. I assume it is there for awd wranglers. I went ahead and cut mine off as it was crooked from the way something was resting against it before I got it and I just put my fad controller on since it is still a two piece shaft. That cover has a fork that just holds the collar in place.

Your rear and front track bars should still work, but you will need longer tie-rod and draglink.

If you need/want any pictures of m186 and narrow rear d44 vs m210 and wide d44 let me know. I haven't put my stock axles with 4.56 in my wife's Jeep yet.

Will do! Now im trying to decide if I want to finish the build with a different lift and 37s now or hold off for a bit. I kind of want to just get the lift redone while its all apart so that's probably how I'll do it but im having a bad case of analysis paralysis haha!

$4500 plus shipping. Not bad for xr axles with 4.56 IMO.
