Implement all the solutions, let free market decide.

Electrified roads? Hard pass.
We can’t even get pot holes right.
Given the state of our roads, and highway infrastructure in general, I really doubt this would be a sensible option. Not to mention, accounting for rain, snow, road debris, freeze/thaw cycles, and general wear and tear from hundreds of thousands of vehicles (including commercial buses, trucks, utilities, snow plows) rolling over it at speed.
Also the logistics of managing how many vehicles can get charged, how segments get repaired, how drivers get billed, and the sheer amount of additional cabling, trenching, transformers, and other infrastructure to support.
Nah. A better idea would just be a wireless charging pad, within an enclosed space, with the vehicle parked during charging. Much simpler to implement, install and manage. Well, assuming you work out a safe method to deliver electricity wirelessly safely.
Oh, and we drive Jeeps. Knowing that jeep people immediately slap on bigger tires and lift kits on them, I would imagine they would be out of spec for the charger ground clearance almost immediately.
Turns out Indiana agrees with you:
