Unless you put a controlled amount of gas in and drive it thru a rigidly controlled set of parameters including air temperature, humidity, traffic flow, elevation, and a dozen other factors you really can only have estimated mileage +/- a million percent. And add to that the calibration of how you are measuring mileage and gas flow such as the average mileage gauge on the Jeep (no way of knowing how accurate it is). I've seen people on JK Wrangler forums claim they are getting less than 5 mpg and some over 40 mpg in city traffic flooring it between stoplights. I'd say if you have to refill before you get out of your driveway or that cobwebs form over your gas cap before you need to add gas just breathe in and out and forget it.
